Offer Management

With Transactly’s offer management tools agents will be able to view all of their transactions in one place. Within each listing transaction is a unique URL. Agents can add this link everywhere they’re marketing the property and instruct buyer agents to submit their offers. When they click the link, they will see the property details and choose “Make an Offer”. Each time a new offer comes in, the agent and their seller, if invited into the app, will receive an instant notification. 

 

Transactly creates the presentation for you by organizing the offers into easy to view cards, so the listing agent is able to negotiate the deal right from the app. The agent can even request best and final offers, all in one action. They also have the ability to accept, counter or decline the offers and Transactly will automatically communicate the decision back to the buyer teams.

Showing Scheduler

The Showing Scheduler is integrated with the Offer Management abilities within Transactly. In each listing transaction is a unique URL. Again, agents can add this link everywhere they’re marketing the property and can instruct buyer agents to schedule showings. When they click the link, they’ll see property details and choose to “Schedule a Showing” each time a new request comes in. The agent and their seller, if invited into the app, will receive an instant notification, customized to display showing availability, dates and times. 

 

Transactly requires the buyer agent’s license number for added security before giving property access, and automatically sends a feedback survey after their scheduled showing. Once they’ve seen the property, they can follow the same link to submit their offer.
